We are a small loose leaf tea distributor located in the Heart of Toronto. Our objective is to educate consumers on the harmful effects of tea bags on the environment and your health.

Tea bags are bad for the environment as they create a significant barrier to entry which prevents farmers from being able to receive a fair return on their produce. This in effect is centralizing the wealth created from the tea industry which for the environment is terrible as it creates significant inequalities in the world and motivates farmers not to care for their consumers, but to care for their costs through whatever practices are most profitable as this is their only chance in obtaining a fair return or close too.

Tea bags are sealed with PVC plastic which when exposed to heat releases dioxins. Dioxins have been proven to inhibit the growth of cancer over long term exposure.
